We always craft our pieces with longevity in mind, but even the most durable pieces can get damaged. That's why we are proud to offer a 5-year warranty that covers every piece you buy for five years - free of charge. That means that manufacturing defects like breakage are covered in this time and we're committed to replacing these quickly and at no cost.
We offer 30-day returns for all customers. A return shipping fee of 50DKK for returns from Danmark applies, €15 applies for returns from the EU, and $20 for all other countries. These fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The 30-day return window begins on the day your order is delivered or picked up. To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
• Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
• For sets, individual items cannot be returned separately - they must be returned as a full set.
Lemore reserves the right to apply additional charges if returns don’t meet these conditions.

Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

Shipping in Denmark
- Shipping fee: Free shipping on orders above DKK500. Orders below DKK500 will be charged DKK50 for shipping.
- Delivery timeline: Approximately 2 business days delivery time with GLS. You will receive a tracking number the day after that you have placed your order.
International shipping within the EU:
- Shipping fee: Free shipping on orders above €135. Orders below €135 will be charged €15 for shipping.
- Delivery timeline: Approximately 2-5 business days delivery time with DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number the day after that you have placed your order.
Shipping Canada and USA:
- Shipping fee: Free shipping on orders above $150. Orders below $150 will be charged $20 for shipping.
- Delivery timeline: Approximately 5-8 business days delivery time with DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number the day after that you have placed your order.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’re unable to redirect it, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you can sign for and receive your package. If you’d still like to try and redirect it after it’s been shipped, you can contact the courier directly to see if they can assist.

RETURNS

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange through our Customer Service. Just have your order number and the email address you used for the purchase handy. You'll receive further instructions once you submit your request. After we receive your returned items, we'll send you a confirmation email about your exchange or refund.
We do not offer free return but we can help you with a return label. The return fee is:
DKK60 for Danish customers.
€15 for EU customers.
$20 for all other customers.
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our facilities. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.
PAYMENT & CURRENCY
For payment we offer American Express, Diners, MasterCard, Visa, MobilePay and more. For country specific payment options, please see list of payment options when checking out.
Once your payment and order are confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, we'll also send a shipping confirmation with all the details, including a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to check your order’s delivery status and estimated arrival.
All prices on our international website (lemorestudios.com) are listed in US dollars (USD).
For EU orders, no duties or taxes are expected. For other international orders there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Lemore doesn’t control these fees, and we can’t predict the costs as they vary by location. For more information, check with your local customs office. Please note, we can't reimburse duties or taxes paid on delivery.
LAB GROWN DIAMONDS
Mined diamonds are pricey mainly because of high demand and price control, not because they’re truly rare. A handful of big players dominate the diamond market and manage most of the supply. With steady demand, they’ve been able to dictate and maintain the high prices of mined diamonds, which doesn’t necessarily reflect their actual rarity or worth.

If your piece has been accidentally damaged, no worries—we're happy to help make it look as good as new! We can either repair or polish your jewelry. The cost will just include the repair and shipping.
Our warranty is valid for 5 years from the date your product is delivered to you from Lemore. To make a warranty claim, you'll need to provide proof of purchase or delivery, like a receipt along with the warranty details.
To be covered, any product defects or issues should be reported to Lemore within a reasonable time after you first notice them.
The warranty covers material and workmanship defects on all designs and ensures that any damage is repaired or the product is replaced within the warranty period.

Yes! All our pieces are made from solid 14K gold and 925 sterlingsilver, so it's totally fine to wear them in water. The metal won’t get damaged, and the pieces won’t lose their color either.
No, because we use solid 14K gold instead of gold plating, which means your jewelry will keep its color and quality over time. Gold plating can wear off, revealing the metal underneath, but at Lemore, we use solid gold to create high-quality pieces that stand the test of time and can be passed down for generations.
