We're all about designing and creating beautiful products of such high quality that you can wear them forever, in order to consume less. We do this by working with skilled craftsmen and -women, and certified raw materials. We always craft our pieces with longevity in mind, but even the most durable pieces can get damaged. That's why we are proud to offer a 5-year warranty that covers every piece you buy for five years - free of charge. Hereafter, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewellery again and again.

A warranty is a voluntary commitment that extends far beyond the standard right of complaint, offering you peace of mind. We proudly provide a 5-year warranty on all our pieces. This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our designs and ensures you feel secure when investing in a new piece.
THE SMALL PRINT

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE 5-YEAR WARRANTY?
Repair
Our jewellery are made to be worn everyday, however should your piece suffer a breakage due to manufacturing defect we are committed to repairing it at no cost to yourself. Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not repairable and you're still within your 5-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.
Resizing
We can resize most of our rings by up to two sizes, whether you need it a little bigger or smaller. However, if a ring has a full pattern or stones that go all or most of the way around, it usually can’t be resized due to the design.
Cleaning & polishing
Love at first sight doesn't go away, however we want your jewellery to look as beautiful as when you first opened the Lemore box. That's why we offer one cleaning and polishing free of charge within five years from you buy the jewelry.
