1. Introduction
It is important that you read these terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and conditions ") carefully before ordering any Product(s)
("Products") from www.lemorestudios.com ("Site"). Together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, these Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with you in relation to this Site and your purchase of our Products on this Site.

These terms of use pertain to your purchases from and usage of the www.lemorestudios.com (Lemore ApS, DK44964953, Prinsessegade 41, 7000 Fredericia, Denmark) (referred to as "Lemore" henceforth).

Please signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions by checking the "I accept" checkbox under the payment information during the checkout process. Do note that refusal to accept these terms and conditions will prohibit you from ordering any products from our site.

2. Placing an order
Upon placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your order has been accepted and processed (“Shipping e-mail”). The contract between you and us will be formed when we send you the Shipping e-mail. We recommend saving this e-mail in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also acts as proof of purchase.

The contract will relate only to those products whose despatch we have confirmed in the despatch confirmation. We are not obligated to supply any other products until the despatch of such products has been confirmed separately in another Shipping e-mail.

3. Prices and payment
The prices on the site are shown in the currency applicable to your country. Should you wish to change your country selection you can do so in the top right corner of the site. Your delivery address determines the applicable currency.
Payment in the following currencies is avaliable: DKK, EUR, USD.

Payment can be made using credit or debit cards. PensoPay banking services handle all our banking transactions. Lemore does not store any credit card numbers.

Payment by card should be completed securely over the internet using Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express or Klarna Pay Later. Your payment is processed by PensoPay with secure encryption and adherence to stringent banking standards. Card details are transmitted directly to the bank and remain inaccessible to any party other than your bank. There are no surchanges for payments with these payment methods. Payment commences once the card transaction is approved. In case of non-receipt of payment post-order submission, Lemore reserves the right to automatically cancel the order.

When you place an order with Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express or Klarna Pay Later issued by Lemore, the payment total will be reserved on yoru account, but the money will not be deducted from your
account until we you’re your order.

4. Delivery
Shipping time is 2 - 7 buisness days and we deliver to the following contries with GLS and DHL:

Belgium

Czech Republic

Denmark

Estonia

Faroe Island

France

Italy

Netherlands

Luxembourg

Poland

Sweden


Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by you or the closest pick-up point. The courier will inform you about the delivery once underway. Shipping timelines indicated above, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather,
volume, traffic, etc.). In situations where a customer believes that delayed delivery renders the order undesirable, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order. If an order has been despatched, the customer must accept the
delivery. Cancellation requires confirmation from Lemore through specified contact methods. Lemore retains the right to cancel a purchase and refund the
amount if a product has been discontinued. Customers will be informed of a replacement product, if available.

We insure alle shipments against loss and damage while in transit from Lemore to the recipient address. As soon as the shipment has been delivered, the insurance will lapse, and you will be responsible for looking after the
products.

We offer free worldwide delievery.

5. Claims

6. Taxes
All prices on the Lemore website, www.lemorestudios.com,
include VAT as per the applicable legislation. For orders shipped to non-EU destinations, potential import duties and taxes may be imposed upon delivery. Customers are accountable for settling these import charges.

Please note that Lemore does not have any control over these charges and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information please contact your local customs office.

8. Right to claim compensation

If your jewellery breaks to a production error, you have the right to claim
compensation within 2 years from the date you purchased your product(s).
However this only apply if you can provide us with valid proff of the date of
purchase. If such is provided you will receive a new piece or have it repaired
by Lemore free of charge. The right to claim compensation does not extend to
normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, improper usage or storage,
misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

 

To expedite resolution, please provide the order number, the reason for the
complaint and photo of damage when contacting customer service. Defective
products returned to Lemore should be packaged securely to prevent damage in
transit.

10. Product

Lemore reserves the right to adjust prices, include additional costs, and
modify product details including pictures and offers without prior notice.
While product images and information text strive to accurately represent the
product, errors may occur on the page. Blid does not guarantee that all images
perfectly reflect the product's true appearance as color settings may vary on
different computers. The images serve as illustrations and do not guarantee
precise appearance and features.



11. Liability and disclaimer

We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of
satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products
of the kind are commonly supplied and will remain so for a period of 24 months
from the date of delivery. If we fail to comply with these terms and
conditions, we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the
product in question and any losses that you suffer as a result of our failure
to comply ( whether arising in contract, tort (negligence), breach of statutory
duty or otherwise) which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.

 

Lemore shall not be liable to you for losses that result from our failure to
comply with these terms and conditions that fall into the following categories:

of income or revenue

Loss
of business

Loss
of profits or contracts

Loss
of anticipated savings

Loss
or corruption of data

Waste
of management or office time



Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement
is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. This
does not exclude or limit our liability for:

death
or personal injury caused by our negligence;

fraud
or fraudulent misrepresentation;

any
matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to
exclude, our liability

 

12. Use of Website

The Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any
representation or endorsement. We do not make any of warranties, whether
express or implied. While we strive to uphold the quality and accuracy of site
contents, we disclaim liability for inaccuracies, errors, or technical issues
in the materials. We do not bear responsibility for any technical problems,
including errors, interruptions, unsuitability, unreliability, or inaccuracy of
the Website. Should errors be brought to our notice, we will endeavor to
rectify them promptly. We do not assume responsibility for unaffiliated
websites we link to or their content.



13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in
relations to these terms and conditions if the delay or the non-compliance is
due to events beyond our control.



14. Site Content

All materials featured on the Site are protected by copyright, trademark, and
other laws. Users are granted permission solely for personal, non-commercial
use. Sharing content through social media links is permitted within site
guidelines. Any alterations or commercial use of Site content without prior
consent is prohibited.



15. User Content

User-generated content, like social media posts, may be featured on the Site.
Users retain ownership of such content and hold all responsibility for it. Any
issues regarding content infringement can be addressed by contacting customer
service.



16. Reviews

By submitting a review, you grant us rights to use, reproduce, and modify the
content. Please ensure that the content is accurate, complies with Lemore
guidelines, and does not cause harm. Users relinquish authorship rights and
agree not to dispute content treatment.



17. Retention of Title

We retain title of the products until receipt of all payments in full.



18. Fraud

We carry out cerification checks to avoid fraud. This verification check may
comrise the data you send when ordering. We report all fraudulent activity, and
reserves the right to cancel purchases if fraud is suspected.



19. Privacy Policy

Lemore ApS is committed to safeguarding your privacy, reflecting our Privacy
Policy. By interacting with our Site or Services, you consent to data
collection, processing, and use as per the Privacy Policy details.



20. Right to complain

In case you wish to complain about a product purchased from us, please contact
our customer service at hello@lemorestudios.com.

 

You may also submit a complaint about products purchased from us to the Danish
Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is
also possible to submit a complaint online via www.forbrug.dk

You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when
submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer
residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the

In case we cannot reach a settlement through the Danish Dispute Resolution

21. Updating terms and conditions

Lemore may update these terms of use periodically. Every product order
acknowledges and binds to the current terms and conditions in effect at the
time of purchase. Users are advised to review these terms by visiting the site
regularly.



22. Choice of law and juridiction

Any contracts concluded between us using these Terms and Conditions are
governed by Danish law. Any dispute which may arise in connection with our
contract, including existence or validity, must be brought before a competent
court in Denmark. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings against us in the
courts for the country where you are living.
