Shipping fees are based on your subtotal before taxes and discounts, and they’re non-refundable.
For deliveries outside the EU additional customs duties and service fees may apply. Unfortunately, Lemore has no control over these charges and can’t predict what they’ll be. For details, contact your local customs office, as we can't reimburse duties or taxes paid on delivery. RETURNS
What is the return policy?
We offer 30-day returns and exchange for all customers. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The 30-day return window begins on the day your order is delivered or picked up. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and
pouch). - For sets, individual items cannot be returned separately - they must be
returned as a full set.
Lemore reserves the right to apply additional charges if returns don’t meet
these conditions.
How do I return my purchase?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange through our Customer Service. Please have your order number and the email address you used for the purchase ready. You'll receive further instructions once you submit your request. After we receive your returned items, we'll send you a confirmation email about your exchange or refund.
What is the return fee?
We do not offer free return but we can help you with a return label. The return fee is:
- DKK60 for Danish customers.
- €20 for EU customers.
- $30 for all other customers.
When will I recieve my refund?
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our facilities. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.
